Job Description
Team Leader - Supported Living Accommodation

Location: Reading

Responsibilities

Lead a team of staff in providing high quality, personalised support to service users. Create and follow individual support plans or PCPs, and promote independence and choice for each individual.

Rate of Pay

Starting £14.00 per hour

Requirements
  • Enhanced Child & Adult DBS (Update Service)
  • UK driving licence (Desirable)
  • Experience working within CQC and/or Ofsted regulated services
