Job Description
NHS in Huddersfield is seeking a confident Care & Support Team Leader to drive high-quality care within our Supported Living service.
This full time role is 42 hours a week with 12 hour shifts and alternate weekends on a two week rota, based at Ashfield in Huddersfield. You will allocate duties, support staff and ensure residents with complex needs grow toward greater independence.
