Job Description
Team Leader - Children's Residential Home
  • Location: Stoke on-Trent, West Midlands
  • Salary: £37,592.53
  • Working Hours: 2 on 4 off. 8am-11pm plus sleep
  • Service: Children's Residential Home
  • Service Users: PSB/SHB
  • Home: 5 Bed
  • Young People's Needs: EBD, LD, Trauma, Neglect, CSE, CCE, PSB
  • Qualifications Required: Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
  • Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in residential childcare
  • Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
Responsibilities

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Team Leader who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people. You will be leading shifts, supporting young people in their daily activities, and ensuring a safe, nurturing environment.

  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to build positive relationships with young people
  • Resilience, motivation, and adaptability
  • Understanding of safeguarding and care planning
  • Good IT and record-keeping skills
  • Full UK Driving Licence (preferred)
