What you'll do

• Lead and inspire a team to create an energetic and positive shopping experience.
• Show off your retail expertise by driving sales, meeting targets, and keeping our customers coming back for more.
• Make sure every customer leaves with a smile! Provide top-notch customer service that goes above and beyond.
• Be the guardian of our floor stock, making sure it's always on point, while also keeping the store looking sharp and visually appealing.
• Stay in the loop with JACK & JONES' products, and exciting store promotions.

What it takes

• You demonstrate the level of leadership and drive that comes from a minimum of 1-2 years retail supervisory or keyholder experience.
• Excellent visual merchandising skills that attract customers and encourage purchases.
• Demonstrates initiative and the ability to get things done.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration; you are a great teammate.
• Positive energy on the sales floor and the ability to engage customers.
• Excellent communication skills.
