- You demonstrate the level of leadership and drive that comes from a minimum of 1-2 years retail supervisory or keyholder experience.
- Excellent visual merchandising skills that attract customers and encourage purchases.
- Demonstrates initiative and the ability to get things done.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration; you are a great teammate.
- Positive energy on the sales floor and the ability to engage customers.
- Excellent communication skills.
