Job Description
Main duties of the job
  • Supporting the management team in the delivery of the contracted service, leading on an area of specialism.
  • Positively promoting the service and WithYou to external stakeholders.
  • Managing the staff within the service to ensure that they are well informed, inspired and engaged with WithYou's strategic objectives.
  • Providing continuity of care through effective partnership working, care coordination, key work responsibilities and intervention delivery.
  • Developing open working relationships to ensure staff operate in line with our values and work collaboratively with internal colleagues and external partner organisations.

This is a frontline role at WithYou; you will work closely with internal and external partners, delivering key interventions and ensuring the team is supported and motivated.

Salary: £30,000 - £36,000 per year, fixed term 12 months, full time. For more information contact .

Qualifications and Experience
  • Demonstrable experience in health, social care or criminal justice setting, working with statutory and non statutory agencies.
  • Successful track record of management responsibility and development of others.
  • Experience in developing relationships and engaging with key stakeholders.
  • Full UK driving licence and own car.
