- Supporting the management team in the delivery of the contracted service, leading on an area of specialism.
- Positively promoting the service and WithYou to external stakeholders.
- Managing the staff within the service to ensure that they are well informed, inspired and engaged with WithYou's strategic objectives.
- Providing continuity of care through effective partnership working, care coordination, key work responsibilities and intervention delivery.
- Developing open working relationships to ensure staff operate in line with our values and work collaboratively with internal colleagues and external partner organisations.
This is a frontline role at WithYou; you will work closely with internal and external partners, delivering key interventions and ensuring the team is supported and motivated.

Qualifications and Experience- Demonstrable experience in health, social care or criminal justice setting, working with statutory and non statutory agencies.
- Successful track record of management responsibility and development of others.
- Experience in developing relationships and engaging with key stakeholders.
- Full UK driving licence and own car.
- 28 days annual leave, plus bank holidays.
