Teaching Assistant L3 - Belvidere School

The Teaching Assistant plays an important role in supporting teaching and learning at Belvidere School, working with pupils across Key Stages 3 and 4. The postholder will provide in-class, small-group, and individual support to pupils with a wide range of needs, helping them to access the curriculum, develop independence, and make positive progress.

As part of this role, the Teaching Assistant may also be deployed to support pupils within the KS4 Belvidere Bridge provision, the school's internal alternative provision supporting pupils with additional behavioural, emotional, or learning needs. The role therefore requires flexibility, adaptability, and a commitment to inclusion.
