About the Role:We are looking for a committed Teaching Assistant to join the team. The role will involve working predominantly on a 1:1 basis with pupils, offering personalised guidance and support. You will also assist in classroom-based activities, helping to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 support to pupils with varied educational needs.
• Assist teachers in classroom settings, supporting group learning and behaviour management.
• Encourage positive engagement and promote diversity and inclusion.
• Monitor progress and adapt support strategies as required

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children or young people in an educational setting.
• Ability to build strong, supportive relationships with pupils.
• Flexible and proactive approach to working across different learning environments.
