Teaching Assistant

Academics are seeking a supportive and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Ashford. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting children's learning and development in the classroom.

What you'll do as a Teaching Assistant:

• Support pupils across the primary curriculum
• Work with small groups and provide 1:1 support where needed
• Help maintain a positive and structured classroom environment
• Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom routines
• Encourage pupil engagement and confidence

What we're looking for in a Teaching Assistant:

• Previous experience working with children (school or similar setting)
• Positive, proactive attitude
• Strong communication skills
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
• You must have right to work in the UK in order to apply - unfortunately we cannot offer Visa sponsorship.
