Secondary Teaching Assistant - Immediate / Easter Start West London

£95 - £110 per day (PAYE)

A well organised secondary school in West London is looking for a Teaching Assistant to support students across KS3 and KS4. This is a great opportunity to gain hands on classroom experience in a supportive, structured environment.

The Role:

• Support students in lessons across a range of subjects
• Work 1:1 and in small groups, including SEN support
• Help manage behaviour and keep students engaged
• Assist teachers with classroom organisation and learning activities

What we're looking for:

• Experience working with young people (school, coaching, youth work or similar)
• Patient, reliable, and able to build rapport quickly
• Strong communication and a proactive attitude
• Graduates and aspiring teachers are encouraged to apply
