Job Title: Teaching Assistant
Location: Baston House School, Bromley, Kent BR2 7AB
Salary: £23,500 per annum ( not pro rata )
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.30am-4.30pm
Contract: Permanent, Term Time Only
Start: October 2025

As part of our continued growth, we're excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated and close-knit team at Baston House School, part of the Options Autism family.
About the Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our pupils with Autism and additional needs, helping them to achieve their potential. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing learning materials and resources
- Supporting and running engaging classroom activities
- Meeting pupils' emotional and physical needs
- Encouraging independence, confidence, and personal development
- Contributing to a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment
Who We're Looking For
We are seeking individuals who are calm, resilient, and genuinely motivated to make a difference in the lives of children and young people. Previous experience working with SEN/ASC pupils is desirable, but the right attitude, personal qualities, and commitment to our vision are just as important.
Qualifications Required
- English and Maths GCSE (essential)
- TA qualification (desirable)

You'll work 80% of your contractual hours for 100% of your pay, giving you more time to do the things that make you happy. 4DWW is subject to successful completion of probation and is not a contractual benefit
