Job Description

Some of your duties will include:- Managing a team of tax professionals and providing support and guidance as needed
- Delivering a mix of personal, corporate tax compliance, and advisory work
- Liaising extensively with clients and ensuring client expectations are met
- Delegating work to the team and monitoring completed work
- Preparing documentation for company reorganisations and sales schemes
- Administering property transfers, trusts, corporate sales, acquisitions, and demergers
