Group Tax Manager - Litigation Job Description Within the Tax Office of the Jura-Nord Vaudois and Broye-Vully districts, you will join a dynamic team and support a group of tax collectors in analyzing complex litigation cases. A key activity where you animate, supervise, and ensure the development of the skills and abilities of the team. A variety of tasks where you will also ensure the quality of case processing as well as legal provisions and tax guidelines related to collection or litigation, which is a complex and diverse area that is constantly evolving. Ensure the development of skills and competencies of team members in their tasks and in case production. Participate in internal working groups and have a commercial training or a recognized qualification in litigation I and II or a professional experience of 8 years in the financial or tax collection and litigation field. Leadership, a spirit of collaboration, and analytical and synthesis skills, as well as the necessary rigor regarding criminal background checks, is required for this position.
