Compensation: £40,000 - £45,000 / year

Description

As the Talent Acquisition Manager across KERB Group, you will lead our recruitment function at a pivotal moment. In 2025, we experienced significant growth and shifted to a decentralized hiring model where venue managers now own casual hiring at a site-level. Your primary responsibility is to equip and support our teams to succeed in this new structure through training, guidance, and oversight while you directly manage all salaried and higher-volume campaigns.

You'll build and execute our TA strategy, manage our PSL with a keen commercial eye and drive continuous improvement across recruitment processes, tooling (Pinpoint ATS, Metaview etc) and supplier partnerships. Working closely with the Head of People, you'll ensure our Recruitment & Selection Policy is consistently applied across all hiring types, whether salaried, temporary, casual, freelancers, events staffing, internships or graduate opportunities.

You're a clear communicator who develops relationships with ease, has an eye for spotting talent, and can influence stakeholders at all levels. Your superpower will be identifying exceptional talent and converting that into fabulous hires.

What you'll be doing

Salaried & Campaign Recruitment (Direct Ownership)

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for all salaried roles and high-volume casual campaigns, from job design through to offer
  • Draft and post job adverts across Pinpoint and relevant channels
  • Use LinkedIn strategically to build relationships, identify talent and attract top performers
  • Conduct thorough pre-screening and filtering of applications, maintaining a quality gate on candidate calibre
  • Schedule and conduct interviews, collating candidate feedback and keeping stakeholders regularly updated on progress
  • Manage the talent pipeline in Pinpoint, ensuring clean data, accurate status tracking and timely progression of candidates
  • Deliver on agreed staffing levels and take full accountability for recruitment outcomes

Enablement & Oversight

  • Equip venue managers across UK, Germany and beyond with the tools, training and guidance to manage casual hiring at site level -from role requirements to final selection
  • Support managers to use Pinpoint effectively and train them on best practices in hiring
  • Conduct group recruitment sessions to delivery on high-volume hiring campaigns

People & Culture

  • Work closely with the People team to develop an inclusive hiring strategy and associated pathways to support business goals and success
  • Ensure our hiring strategy and pathways align to KERB's values of Respect, Ambition and Impact - we want to leave this planet better than we found it
  • Champion hospitality as a career and act as an ambassador for KERB in this space
  • Support site visits as necessary to understand venue contexts and hiring needs across all regions
  • Support wider people team with onboarding activity related to new starters

Systems & Technology

  • Continually review and optimise our tech stack (Pinpoint ATS, Metaview etc) to create a well engineered talent engine
  • Drive continuous process improvement across recruitment workflows, identifying opportunities for innovation and efficiency gains

Strategic & Commercial

  • Develop and execute our roadmap aligned with KERB's growth plans across the UK, Germany and beyond
  • Manage our PSL , evaluating supplier performance and partnerships for cost-effectiveness and quality
  • Conduct regular reviews of role-related materials - job descriptions, adverts and career messaging - ensuring compliance, consistency and impact across all channels
  • Build and maintain our employer brand in partnership with the Head of People, managing presence on LinkedIn, Glassdoor and other platforms to attract talent
  • Develop a sustainable pipeline of talent for internships and graduate placements, supporting future growth
What you'll bring to KERB
  • 3-5 years of demonstrable experience in Talent Acquisition, with proven success managing multiple hiring streams and complex stakeholder groups
  • Systems thinking - ability to review, optimise and build recruitment workflows for efficiency and scalability
  • Strong expertise with ATS platforms (Pinpoint or similar) and proficiency across recruitment tech stacks
  • Commercial acumen - experience managing PSLs, building strategies, evaluating supplier performance, and optimising recruitment budgets and spend
  • Able to communicate and influence at all levels
  • Knowledge of the hospitality sector and understanding of high-volume, venue-based hiring models
  • Outstanding organisational and administrative skills, with meticulous attention to data integrity and process management
  • Proven ability to train and coach others
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and comfortable learning new platforms
  • Comfortable with and curious about emerging technologies, including LLMs, and how they can enhance recruitment workflows
