Complete all mandatory training (e.g., Tiger Kidnap, Risk Assessment). Maintain knowledge of internal processes and compliance requirements. Full, clean driving license (maximum 6 penalty points). Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. High security awareness and ability to identify improvement opportunities. General ATM industry knowledge (advantageous).
