About the Role

We're looking for extraordinary people to become part of the Water Babies family and inspire our next generation of swimmers. You don't need any previous experience; training will be provided at every turn. The role is demanding, but you get so much back from it in return. As a team, we have great fun, work extremely well together, and support each other through thick and thin.

Responsibilities

• Teach babies and preschool children within our world class swimming programme.
• Deliver compassion, companionship and support to children and their families.
• Ensure safety and teach lifesaving skills to prevent accidents.
• Participate in the 5 day residential teacher training course in Devon and complete the supported online learning package.
• Engage in mentored and assessed practical teaching with your local Water Babies team.
