Job SummaryPart time, term time only (38 weeks per year, 3.5-4 hours per week). Open ended. We are looking for Swimming Instructors to join our team at Loughborough University Swimming Pool for the Learn2 swim scheme. All applications welcome holding a current level 2 swim teaching qualification.
Responsibilities- Provide lessons from the Swim England framework, including adult and child, stages 1-10 and rookie lifeguard.
- Run lessons on Saturdays 9:00-12:30 and Sundays 8:30-12:00.
- Maintain a safe, clean environment and deliver an excellent customer service experience.
- Work within a team, being enthusiastic, punctual and reliable.
- Current Level 2 swim teaching qualification.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to conduct lessons in a safe and clean environment.
- Appointment to this role will be subject to a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service statement.
