Executive Leader, Performance & Transformation

University Hospitals Tees is advertising a senior leadership role to drive organisational performance, transformation and delivery at scale. The post holder will work with the Chief Operating Officer to deliver improvements across operational, clinical and financial performance.

You will provide executive-level leadership across performance management and transformation programmes, shaping strategy with insight and innovation, and operating with autonomy at board and system levels.
