Hours: Full-time

Salary: £43,000 - £45,000 per annum (DOE)

A excellent Supported Living Provider is currently looking for a Registered Manager to join them on a full-time permanent basis. Are you interested?

They're looking for a Registered Manager to join their supportive and diverse team. You'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and driving the growth of their services. You'll work closely with their senior management team, benefiting from a supportive network and access to cutting-edge technologies to help you succeed.

Ideally, you'll have:

Have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience working as a Registered Manager in a Supported Living service or domiciliary careFull UK Driving LicenseLevel 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent), or willingness to work towards

The duties of this role would include, but are not limited to:

Work to CQC standardsManage the care team to ensure the best care is provided.To ensure the service meets, and indeed exceeds, the requirements of the Health & Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014 and the Care Quality Commission guidance.To register with the Care Quality Commission as a Registered Manager with responsibility for compliance across your service.To ensure compliance with all of the Organisation's policies and that KPIs for key areas of compliance are met, including but not limited to: Supervisions, appraisals, regular manager and staff meetings

Mandatory training compliance to 100%

Care planning, risk assessments, reviews, and monthly evaluations

Monthly, quarterly, and annual audit compliance, including Finances, Medication, and Quality
