We are looking for a versatile nurse in surgery with the following details:Reference: CLS/RH Type: Fixed-Term at 100% / Hours: 12-hour shifts / Start date: as soon as we find the right person, ideally by March 1st / End date: July 31st / Location: in the heart of Lausanne (M2 X Riponne or Bus 2, 3, or 21 stop "Beaulieu-Jomini").Why do we need you?As part of a care unit, we are looking for a nurse who wishes to invest in the service during this period. What will you be doing?- Provide comprehensive care for patients, maintaining their autonomy and dignity.- Work in a team to ensure optimal care, applying technical and specific skills in nursing.- Follow strict hygiene rules and therapeutic guidelines according to service projects.- Maintain patient records and traceability of all actions.Who will you be working with?The team consists of 16 nurses, 2 nursing assistants, and 2 certified caregiver aides. We work in a friendly and warm atmosphere within an Orthopedic Surgery Unit with 19 beds and a Short-Stay Unit with 11 beds. Our motto is mutual support. Therefore, we have chosen, as a team, to work in pairs.Martins has a strong background at La Source. Having graduated from the Institute and Higher School of La Source, she has evolved at the Clinic over the years to become an Intensive Care Unit Specialist for two care units.
