Support Pharmacist - McCauley Poppyfields Pharmacy, Clonmel

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Support Pharmacist to join the team in our McCauley Poppyfields Pharmacy in Clonmel. This is a 36 hour permanent position with the store's opening hours operating between 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday to Wednesday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday. The team currently comprises a Store Manager, an Assistant Store Manager, 1 Supervising Pharmacist, 1 Relief Pharmacist, 2 Technicians and 7 Healthcare Advisors.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the day to day running of the dispensary
• Take final responsibility within the store for stock management, specifically relating to purchasing, ordering, stock management, merchandising, date checking and stock taking
• Take final responsibility for ensuring controlled drugs regulations are strictly adhered to
• Take final responsibility for pharmacy presentation standards
• Drive business within the dispensary and store
• Proactively drive excellence in customer service throughout the store at all times
• Communicate and get along with a variety of different personalities

Qualifications

• Must have PSI registration and hold a degree in Pharmacy
• Must have the ability to work under pressure and multi task
• Must be capable of working on own initiative
• Ability to drive business within the dispensary and store
• Ability to communicate and get along with a variety of different personalities
