Retail & Ticketing Lead (FT) - Matchday & Online Shop

Tranmere Rovers FC in Birkenhead is seeking a Retail Supervisor to manage the Club Shop, Ecommerce, Reception and the Ticket Office, including on matchdays. You will lead and motivate the shop, reception and ticketing staff in a positive and friendly way, handling day-to-day shop and ticketing office activities.

The role involves coordinating stock, processing orders, creating visual merchandising displays, responding to customer queries and ensuring accurate reports and ticket scans.
