Job Title: Support Manager - Shropshire Council (Enable Team)

Location: Shropshire
Contract: Full-time (37 hours per week) Temporary: 28th July - 24th October 2025
Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:30

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing one-to-one and group-based support to clients on their journey into work
• Assessing and reviewing referrals to determine suitability for the service
• Advising clients on career pathways and employment options
• Supporting with job searching, applications, and post-employment retention
• Liaising with employers, partner organisations, and referral agencies
• Facilitating learning activities and employability workshops tailored to client needs
