Senior Support Engineer

1st of August start date

3 months contract +

Europe Based (Fully Remote)

Overview:
We're looking for an experienced Senior Workstation Support Engineer to manage user onboarding/offboarding and provide support across JIRA, Confluence, Slack, and Google Workspaces. A strong troubleshooting mindset and passion for automation are key.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle user onboarding/offboarding in JIRA, Confluence, Slack, and Google Workspaces
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Workstation application issues
  • Manage tickets through JIRA ServiceDesk
  • Support and maintain Google Workspaces environment
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth SaaS operations
  • Document support cases and train users

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in Workstation support or similar roles
  • Experience in developing and implementing automation solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Slack, and Google Workspace
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
  • Experience with automation tools or Scripting
