Senior Support Engineer
1st of August start date
3 months contract +
Europe Based (Fully Remote)
Overview:
We're looking for an experienced Senior Workstation Support Engineer to manage user onboarding/offboarding and provide support across JIRA, Confluence, Slack, and Google Workspaces. A strong troubleshooting mindset and passion for automation are key.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle user onboarding/offboarding in JIRA, Confluence, Slack, and Google Workspaces
- Troubleshoot and resolve Workstation application issues
- Manage tickets through JIRA ServiceDesk
- Support and maintain Google Workspaces environment
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth SaaS operations
- Document support cases and train users
Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience in Workstation support or similar roles
- Experience in developing and implementing automation solutions.
- Strong knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Slack, and Google Workspace
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
- Experience with automation tools or Scripting
