Supply Chain Manager

A Supply Chain Manager is required by CareerWise Recruitment for our Cork based packaging solutions manufacturing client.

Role of this position

• Responsibility for end-to-end supply chain planning, ensuring the efficient flow of materials, products, and information from suppliers to customers.
• The role balances demand forecasting, production scheduling, Order management, inventory optimisation, and cross-functional coordination to meet service, cost, and working-capital objectives.
• Create and execute manufacturing plans.
• Lead Sales& Operations Planning processes to align demand, supply and financial plans.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean , Six sigma or advanced planning tools.
• Lead coach and develop planning and CS teams.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Qualification in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field
• 5-10+ years' experience in supply chain planning, demand planning, or operations
• Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) desirable
• Experience in manufacturing preferred
• Leadership experience
