Job Description
A Supply Chain Manager is required by CareerWise Recruitment for our Cork based packaging solutions manufacturing client.
Role of this position- Responsibility for end-to-end supply chain planning, ensuring the efficient flow of materials, products, and information from suppliers to customers.
- The role balances demand forecasting, production scheduling, Order management, inventory optimisation, and cross-functional coordination to meet service, cost, and working-capital objectives.
- Create and execute manufacturing plans.
- Lead Sales& Operations Planning processes to align demand, supply and financial plans.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean , Six sigma or advanced planning tools.
- Lead coach and develop planning and CS teams.
- Qualification in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 5-10+ years' experience in supply chain planning, demand planning, or operations
- Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) desirable
- Experience in manufacturing preferred
- Leadership experience
