Supervisor Role

Full Time Middlesbrough Monday to Friday Competitive, based on experience

Are you an experienced immigration professional with strong leadership capabilities? Halliday Reeves is seeking a dedicated Immigration Supervisor to oversee casework quality, support team development, and ensure excellent client service across our practice.

This is a key role for someone who combines technical expertise in UK immigration law with the ability to mentor and guide others.

You will play a central part in maintaining standards, supervising caseworkers, and driving consistency and compliance.

Role Overview

You will lead quality and workflow oversight across a specialist immigration team while supporting colleagues and complex client matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and review immigration casework to ensure legal accuracy and quality control
• Provide day-to-day guidance and mentoring to junior and senior caseworkers
• Monitor caseload allocation and workflow to maintain efficiency
• Support training and professional development within the team
• Act as a point of escalation for complex or sensitive cases
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory standards

What We're Looking For

• Substantial experience in UK immigration casework
• Previous supervisory or team-lead experience (preferred)
• Excellent technical knowledge of immigration routes and procedures
• Strong communication, decision-making, and organisational skills
• A commitment to high standards and client-focused service
