Paralegal Supervisor

Overview

Ryder Reid Legal is partnering with a specialist litigation firm to recruit a Paralegal Supervisor for a newly created role. This position combines hands-on casework with leading and developing a growing paralegal team.

Responsibilities

• Support complex, document-heavy disputes while driving the smooth running of the paralegal function.
• Bundle preparation, disclosure support, legal research, CE-File management, client and counsel liaison, and court runs.
• Supervise recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management and workflow allocation for the paralegal team.

Qualifications

• Experienced litigation paralegal with strong organisational skills.
• Proven experience supervising a team.
