Job Description
Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking a Substance Misuse Recovery Worker in Lewisham for a 3-month block booking, full-time, with hours Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00. The role is based in GP Shared Care settings, managing an adult caseload and delivering evidence-based interventions.
You will work in GP surgeries and the Forest Hill office, providing tailored support, harm reduction, and collaboration with GPs and social care teams to improve health outcomes.
