Rent Recovery & Welfare Advisor

Salix Homes in Salford is seeking an experienced housing professional to lead income collection and arrears management for our residents. You will join a high-performing team, maximise rent and service charge income, and deliver a high-quality, customer-focused service to help customers pay their rent and sustain their tenancies.

As part of the role you will proactively communicate with customers, manage arrears, negotiate arrangements and provide welfare benefits guidance.
