Student Welfare & Behaviour Lead

Cornwall Council is seeking a proactive safeguarding lead to support the pastoral, behavioural welfare and safeguarding needs of students across a year group, helping to uphold the school's ethos and its Code of Conduct on behaviour management.

The successful applicant will be required to undertake an enhanced DBS check and will be assessed against the Childcare Disqualification Regulations. Experience in safeguarding and working with young people is desirable.
