Strategic Talent Acquisition Partner

The Progeny Group Limited is seeking a senior Talent Acquisition lead to design and deliver the company's recruitment strategy across multiple offices in the UK. You will partner with senior leaders to forecast hiring needs, build talent pipelines and champion an inclusive, data-driven recruitment process.

You will own end-to-end delivery, driving souring across channels, managing external partners, and overseeing onboarding in partnership with the People team.
