Logistics HR Advisor: ER, Change & Compliance

Bis Henderson Recruitment is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join a growing logistics business in Warrington. You will partner with operational managers to provide pragmatic, commercially focused HR advice across employee relations, change initiatives, and industrial relations.

The successful candidate will have HR experience in logistics, CIPD Level 5, and a track record handling ER cases end-to-end, while supporting restructures and TUPE.
