Strategic School Business Manager (Finance & Ops)

Lancashire County Council's Spring Hill Community Primary School in Accrington is seeking an exceptional School Business Manager to join the Senior Leadership Team and work with the Headteacher to drive finance, HR, premises and office systems across the school.

You will oversee the budget, HR processes, and health and safety, lead on the premises plan, and contribute to whole-school planning and community engagement. This term-time role includes +3 weeks on site.
