Strategic MedTech CFO Fundraising, Growth & Equity

ScubaTx is a Seed/Series A MedTech company preparing for a US commercial launch and a £3m fundraising round. The CFO will be a core member of the senior leadership team and own financial strategy, governance, and cash stewardship to enable investable, scalable growth.

You will lead end-to-end financial modelling, fundraising, and regulatory readiness while partnering with the CEO and board. This hands-on role requires credibility with investors and governance across UK and US operations.
