Strategic Legal Counsel for Energy Transition Investments

RWE Gruppe is seeking a (Senior) Legal Counsel for its Energy Transition Investments in London. This mid to senior level position focuses on M&A, joint ventures, and corporate law. You will provide legal advice, draft contracts, and manage compliance for the energy transition investment portfolio.

The ideal candidate must have a legal qualification in England & Wales, fluent English skills, and at least five years of relevant experience. Strong organizational and analytical skills are required, as well as the ability to work under pressure.
