Strategic HR Business Partner - Multi Site (Car Allowance)

Creideas is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to influence workforce strategy across a multi-site operation in Scotland and the surrounding regions. This field-based role partners directly with the Managing Director to shape staffing, culture and people initiatives while balancing strategic projects with hands-on support.
