Regional Cleaning Manager - 25 Sites, Company Car

Thorn Baker Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Area Cleaning Manager to cover Gloucestershire and Worcestershire. You will lead cleaning contracts across a portfolio of around 25 sites, driving service standards and client relationships.

You'll manage day-to-day performance, supervise cleaning teams, ensure KPIs and health and safety compliance, and contribute to continuous improvement. The role offers a salary of £35,000 plus a company car and clear progression within a supportive team.
