Strategic Head of Healthcare Operations

The Head of Operations at Primary Care Alliance CIC leads the operational delivery of our services across Berkshire West, reporting to the Chief Delivery Officer. The role ensures services are safe, effective, financially sustainable and meet quality and regulatory standards.

You will mobilise new programmes, chair governance, oversee budgets and workforce planning while collaborating with Clinical Leads, commissioners and GP networks to improve patient pathways and service resilience.
