Store Team Leader: Lead a Local Team & Deliver Service

Co-op Digital is looking for a Customer Team Leader in Bowness-on-Windermere, England. This role involves leading a team in a fast-paced store environment to ensure excellent service delivery to the community.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for people and leadership, and the ability to motivate and support a team. The position is part-time, working 30 hours per week with flexible shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
