Store Team Leader - Flexible Hours & Community Focus

Co op in Bath is seeking a Customer Team Leader to manage daily store operations and develop a high performing team. You will lead shifts, ensure excellent service, and oversee merchandising and stock accuracy on the shop floor and in the bakery.

The role offers a mix of opening, closing, and mid day shifts with some evening and weekend work. Prior retail team leadership experience is helpful but not essential.
