Store Team Leader - Develop Talent & Elevate Service

OurCoop is seeking a Team Leader to support the store management team and lead daily operations in our community stores. You will coach colleagues, drive excellent customer service, and help manage performance and scheduling to maximise sales while maintaining strong health and safety standards.

The role includes a comprehensive training period at one of our Difference Maker Academies, with mentoring to develop leadership skills and grow talent within the team.
