Store Manager

As Store Manager, you'll be the face and energy of TwoJeys in our Valencia's store. Your mission is to deliver an unforgettable customer experience while leading a tight-knit team of 3-4 people who genuinely love the brand and live its spirit.

You'll own store performance, customer satisfaction and team development - making sure every detail breathes the TwoJeys attitude and keeps our community hooked.

• Lead, motivate and inspire the store team so everyone represents the TwoJeys spirit in every interaction.
• Set and execute clear sales performance goals to drive profitability and growth.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure an exceptional in-store experience.
• Hire, train and evaluate the team to maximise productivity, engagement and performance.
• Keep the store looking iconic, organised and fully aligned with TwoJeys' visual standards.
• Oversee daily stock levels and store operations, ensuring smooth processes and high standards.
• Monitor sales KPIs and proactively propose actions to increase results.
• Solve day-to-day challenges with a proactive, solution-focused attitude.
• Maintain clear and constant communication with the Retail team and management.

• 2+ years' experience in store management or similar retail leadership role.
• Genuine passion for TwoJeys and a strong connection with the brand's culture and vibe.
• Natural cool factor and ability to embody and share the TwoJeys spirit with both customers and the team.
• Customer-centric mindset with a positive attitude and high attention to detail.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop people.
• Results-driven, goal-oriented and proactive in hitting and exceeding targets.
• Highly organised and able to prioritise effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Flexibility and commitment to maintaining high standards.

• Achieve and surpass sales targets and operational KPIs.
• Build and sustain a high-performing team fully aligned with the TwoJeys culture.
• Deliver on all short, mid and long-term store goals in line with the 2025 Retail & Finance roadmap.
