Store Leader: Customer Experience & Operations

Sainsbury's is seeking an experienced Customer & Trading Manager to lead day-to-day store operations, drive excellent service, and ensure product availability and safety standards. You'll work closely with a small team of managers to keep the store running like clockwork, taking responsibility for the shop's performance and customer experience.

You'll coach colleagues, manage performance, handle disciplinary issues, and help schedule and payroll.
