Store Assistant Manager: Lead Team, Drive Service & Growth

Wickes is seeking a Store Assistant Manager in Reading to lead on-shift activities, support the team and deliver a brilliant customer experience. You'll be hands-on, capable of taking ownership, and comfortable shifting between tasks across showroom, order fulfilment and service roles.
