Store Manager - Lead a Vibrant Tea Team & Events

Bird & Blend Tea Co. is seeking a Store Manager for a 6 month FTC to lead a busy store, coach the team, drive sales, and ensure memorable customer experiences in line with our values.

This role requires at least 2 years in a management or supervisor role in retail, strong communication, and a passion for our products. Shifts include weekends and some evenings in a lively, customer-facing environment.
