Role: Support Worker Pay Rate: £12.90 per hour Location: Bristol

About the Role:

Are you a compassionate and dedicated individual looking to make a real difference in the lives of others? We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team in Bristol. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for:

• Creating and implementing support plans tailored to the needs of service users
• Providing emotional support and encouragement
• Monitoring CCTV and handling calls from internal and external contacts
• Maintaining a clean and tidy service environment
• Recording detailed notes in the event of any incidents
• Cleaning communal areas to ensure a safe and welcoming space

Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar role or setting
• Right to Work in the UK
• Willingness to work waking night shifts
• Strong initiative and problem-solving skills
• Enhanced DBS required (preferably registered on the update service)
