West Midlands Safari Park are currently recruiting for a Food & Beverage Outlet and Stock Controller.

To effectively run a selection of Food & Beverage outlets and work with the Deputy F&B Manager in ensuring sufficient product availability in line with the varying demands of the department. Executing high standards of stock management, food safety compliance and product quality, merchandising of all units, and contributing towards enhanced department performance and guest satisfaction.

The role requires someone who is confident, motivated, and enthusiastic about food & beverage in a park environment. The successful candidate will need to have experience in F&B in a fast paced environment with excellent communication skills and knowledge in stock management and food safety procedures.

This a challenging yet rewarding role, ideal for somebody looking to take the next step in their career.

You will need to be flexible in your approach to work outside of standard business hours, including weekends, bank holidays, school holidays and evenings. Due to driving a stock delivery van on site, we are looking for someone who has a full, valid driving licence.
